Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was the stage performer for The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her the Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and Communications. She started her career as a performer in Los Angeles as a theater artist, performing and choreographing over 20 plays and musicals. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. She also performed seven main roles in LA's Storybook Theatre. Kelly began to land roles in television and films as she studied improvisation with The Groundlings. Her distinctive voice and small size has enabled her to play a variety of colorful characters. Her most well-known role is her work with Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara on The Ring 2 but is popularly known as the bubbly bright receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly worked as an TV Land Series Regular from 2011 to 2015, starring as a paralegal in the daytime and a party girl at night. In addition, she was Alyssa's smart sexpert sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the The CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the mother of a stressed suburban family. Her soprano voice has been featured in a variety of cartoons such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. She was most recently seen in the NBC's hit comedy Superstore as the dim yet lovable Cloud 9 worker. Together with her husband and two kids, she lives an unhurried life.
